The purpose of the USA Home School Clay Target League is to attract students to participate in shooting sports while creating friendly competition among homeschool teams throughout your state!

With the assistance of volunteer coaches and parents, student athletes in grades 6 through 12 represent their homeschool team by competing in weekly clay target shooting at their local shooting range. Scores are submitted online and compared against other homeschool teams within their conference. The League provides a safe, comfortable, and positive team environment that enhances a student athlete’s character and personal growth through safe, educational, and socially acceptable involvement in shooting sports.

Any homeschool group or association is invited to participate. Teams require:
• A Head Coach
• A minimum of two athletes (5 athletes are required for team awards, individual athletes compete for individual awards)
• Use of the group or association name (if applicable)

Any student is eligible to participate if he/she:
• Is in grades 6 through 12, AND
• Possesses league-approved firearm safety certification, AND
• Meets all school curricular activity eligibility requirements, AND
• If the team has room to accommodate the student athlete.
